The associate of general studies degree from JCCC requires a minimum of 60 college-level credit hours within specified course categories, and is designed for students who wish to receive a degree for completion of a more general program of study. The degree does not require an academic major or an emphasis in a specific career program. Courses may not be used to satisfy requirements in more than one category.
