TRANSFER ADMISSION PROCEDURES/QUALIFICATIONS Application: - Students may apply at any time. Cleveland University prefers students to start admissions process one year in advance. Transfer students can schedule Early Registration or Visitations on Campus by appointment.
- Reference letters are not required.
- Application can be completed online at cleveland.edu/admissions/admission-application/, along with the non-refundable application fee.
- Pay a non-refundable tuition deposit, which is credited to the tuition for your first academic term, within 60 days after being accepted into the program.
Transfer Qualifications: - Official transcripts required for acceptance. Courses with a grade of A, B or C will transfer as credit; courses with a grade of C-, D, F or W will not be considered for general education or in the major. Pass/Fail is accepted in general education courses but not acceptable for science courses.
ACT/SAT Scores: - ACT or SAT scores are not required for transfer students.

The URL is cleveland.ecampus.com. The textbook list for each course is available in the virtual bookstore. Textbooks, course-related supplies, and some technology items can be acquired online at the Cleveland virtual bookstore. Orders are delivered directly to the student’s home. Textbook options are based on availability and include new, used, and e-books; purchase, rental and an auction marketplace. eCampus holds book buybacks each term. GENERAL ACADEMIC - A minimum 2.0 GPA on 4.0 system is recommended. The JCCC GPA will be averaged in for graduation purposes.
- The AA degree meets general education requirements. Physical Education is not required.
- Student must have completed at least 90 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.0 for acceptance into the Doctor of Chiropractic program.
- Credit will be accepted if transcripted on the JCCC transcript for the following: Military experience, Independent Study (not internship) and CLEP.
