- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities where applicant has enrolled.
- Official high school transcript (if applicant has completed less than 24 credit hours post-high school).
- The admissions committee will make the admission decision after reviewing the application and credentials.
- Reference letters are not needed.
ACT/SAT Scores: Early Registration: - Transfer students are eligible to register for their first term on the first day of registration (late March for Summer and Fall, and late October for Spring).
Campus Visits: Tuition/Fees/Expenses Undergraduate Tuition: - $22,833 (per semester, enrolled in 12-18 hours per semester)
Fees: - Approximately $980 per year (Full-time)
Room and Meals: - Room rates starting at $3,998 per semester.
- Meal plans starting at $2,220 per semester.

Financial Aid/Scholarships Application Deadline: - Rolling Admissions but April 1st for fall and December 1st for spring is recommended.

Transfer Scholarships: - Merit scholarships are awarded based on GPA:
Transfer Credit/Grading Policies Application of Credit: - Associate of Arts Degree meets Block Transfer requirements. Students will need to take 3 additional courses to fulfill Rockhurst Core Requirements.
- Associate of Science Degree meets Block Transfer Requirements. Students will need to take an additional 4 courses to fulfill the Rockhurst Core Requirements.
- Transfer credit is evaluated on a course- by- course basis if a student does not have an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science.
- There is no Physical Education requirement.
- A maximum of 64 credit hours can be transferred from a community college
GPA Required: - A holistic review of applications will be conducted upon receipt of all requirements. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 is required to graduate from Rockhurst.
Pass/Fail: - Coursework with a grade of Pass, Credit, or Satisfactory will be accepted only with documented evidence that such grades are at least equivalent to a minimum “C-“grade.
“D” Grades: - Not accepted for General Education or Major requirements (unless as part of a block transfer).
Time Limit on Credit: Credit Given for: - Military Experience upon review of the Office of the Registrar.
CLEP Policy: - General CLEP Examinations are not accepted. Subject Level Examinations will be reviewed by the Office of the Registrar.
