Program Description

The Associate of Arts degree (A.A.) or the Associate of Science (A.S.) at JCCC is a general transfer degree and partners well with the first two years of most bachelor degree programs. Students who transfer to CMU with an A.A. or A.S. degree are considered to have met the UCM General Education requirements.

Student who transfer to CMU without a degree (or a degree other than an A.A. or A.S.) will have all coursework evaluated on a course-by-course basis. JCCC students not completing the A.A. or A.S. degree should refer to the CMU General Education guide for course equivalents.

Note: The CMU General Education guide can be found at: https://www.jccc.edu/studentresources/transfer/files/transfer-guides/cmu-gen-ed.pdf

The Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program teaches students how to work successfully with children who have autism, developmental delays, behavioral challenges and other related conditions. Majors become familiar with contemporary research findings in the field and learn to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral programs to treat various behavior issues.

The Applied Behavior Analysis program is 120 credit hours total and is completely online.
