Transfer Admission Procedures/Qualifications for Baldwin City Campus 

  • Baker admission application. There is no application fee. 
  • Submit transcripts from ALL colleges attended. 
    • Unofficial copies may be used for admission – submit to incoming.transcripts@bakerU.edu
    • Send official copies to: Baker University Office of Admissions, PO Box 65, Baldwin City, KS 66006, Or, if your college uses Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse, please have transcript sent to Admissions at incoming.transcripts@bakerU.edu.
  • If you have < 24 college credits, we’ll also need your complete final high school transcript.
  • Complete your FAFSA (if eligible) and apply for scholarships. Baker’s FAFSA code is 001903.
  •  Schedule an online or on-campus visit.

Transfer Equivalency Guide

  • Baker University accepts credit from all regionally accredited U.S. institutions.
  • BU also accepts military course credits evaluated by American Council on Education, AP, and CLEP examination credits. Transfer of credit is subject to the following university-wide limitations:
    • Transfer grade points are not included in calculation of BU GPA.
    • Transfer courses with a C- or higher are accepted for credit.

Degree requirements at the four-year colleges are subject to change by those institutions. To ensure you have the most accurate information about the program, you must meet with an advisor at the transfer institution.
