ITMD 130 Interior Design Project Management (1 Hour)
This course provides interior design knowledge about project management processes and procedures for the built environment. Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to articulate effective working strategies for managing a project throughout the design process. Upon successful completion, students should be able to interpret a project’s lifecycle relating to planning and scheduling, effective budget and cost management, resource allocation inclusive of sustainable practices, risk management, and quality control. Soft Skills of effective problem solving, team communication, and time management are emphasized.
