LAW 295 Advanced Legal Research* (2-3 Hour)
Prerequisites : Admission to the Paralegal program and (LAW 195 with a grade of “C” or higher) or Department approval.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to demonstrate sophisticated legal research skills: using digital legal software platforms to perform advanced legal research, retrieving legal and financial information, performing legal analysis, and communicating legal research and analysis information effectively.
